Reservation Deposit — A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. 

Damage Deposit — A $300 refundable damage deposit is due at the time of final payment and returned within 5 business days after post-event inspection. 

Cancellations — Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a credit toward a future date. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit. 

Guest Capacity — Maximum capacity is 120 guests (seated) or 150 guests (standing / mixed configuration). 

Alcohol Policy — No alcohol is permitted without the BYOB Alcohol Fee ($150). A licensed security guard is required at all events where alcohol is present. You must obtain your own permits and licenses to serve alcohol. These will be required prior to the event.

Outside Vendors — Caterers, DJs, photographers, and decorators are welcome. The renter is responsible for all vendor conduct on the premises. 

Cleaning — All personal items must be removed by the end of your rental window. The cleaning fee covers our standard post-event deep clean. 

No Smoking — Akortha's Events is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted only on the curb near the street. No smoking on any part of the Flex Space premises.
